Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Live Oak Leverage website and the marketing services we provide. By working with us or using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Who We Are
Live Oak Leverage Inc. is a marketing, sales, and business development agency based in Winnsboro, Texas. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Live Oak Leverage. "You" and "your" mean the client or website visitor.
Our Services
We provide done-for-you marketing services under a monthly retainer. The specific services, tier, and deliverables for your business are defined in your signed service agreement. These terms work alongside that agreement. If a conflict arises, your signed service agreement controls.
Fees And Payment
Your monthly retainer is billed in advance. Payment is due on the date listed in your service agreement. Any performance commission is billed as described in your agreement, up to the agreed monthly cap. Advertising spend is separate from your retainer. You pay ad platforms directly or reimburse approved spend. We pause work on accounts more than 30 days past due until payment is current.
Term And Cancellation
Service runs month to month unless your agreement states otherwise. Either side ends the relationship with 30 days written notice. You stay responsible for fees through the end of the notice period. We complete active work in progress and deliver a clean handoff.
Results And Performance
We work to grow your leads, calls, and booked jobs. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, or results. Search engines, ad platforms, and market conditions sit outside our control. Our performance commission aligns our incentives with your growth. It does not create a promise of a set outcome.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us timely access to the accounts, assets, and approvals we need to do the work. This includes your Google Business Profile, website, and any ad accounts. Delays in access, content, or approvals affect timelines. You confirm you own or have rights to any materials you provide.
Third-Party Platforms
We use tools and platforms such as Google, Meta, and GoHighLevel to deliver your services. These platforms set their own rules and change them without notice. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or price changes made by third parties.
Intellectual Property
Once you pay in full for a deliverable, you own the final marketing assets we create for your business, such as your website content, blog posts, and ad creative. We keep ownership of our systems, templates, processes, and internal tools. We reuse those across our business.
Your Data And Offboarding
Your marketing data is stored in our platform during the engagement. If you end service, we export and deliver your data within 5 business days of termination. This protects both sides and removes any question about access after you leave.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information private. Our team members sign a confidentiality agreement before they receive access to your accounts. We do not share your data with outside parties, except as needed to deliver your services or as required by law.
Limitation Of Liability
We provide our services in good faith and with care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.
Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you provide, products or services you sell, or your use of leads and materials we deliver.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts located in Wood County, Texas.
Changes To These Terms
We update these terms from time to time. We post the current version on this page with a new effective date. Continued work with us means you accept the updated terms.
